PRODUCTION

85% of our production is focused on manufacturing atypical single use pallets made in accordance with customer’s requirements and requests.

Our sales department will estimate a quotation based on specification (technical drawing) of your pallet. They will be happy to assist you with choosing the suitable pallet according to your requirements regarding withstand capability, load capacity, quality or according to the type of goods to be transported. We use for the pallet production sawn wood from our plant Drahkov and we purchase the rest of the lumber.

We manufacture pallets in three production ways; the production technology depends on pallet specification and the size of the production series.

- using manually operated pneumatic tools (atypical pallets, small production series)
- using two semi automatic machines Atica (atypical pallets, bigger production series)
- automatic pallet production line CAPE (large production series)

In terms of further product treatment and dispatch we also offer the following services:

- heat treatment – IPPC
- drying
- dyeing
- shaving
- piling up according to required amount
- delivery to destination place using our own trucks

We are currently manufacturing approximately 200 types (dimensions) of pallets. 65% of our production make pallets for export, the rest are inland deliveries.
