New Technologies in Kladrubce
Production technology in Kladrubce area was strengthened with two robots. The crosscutting and waste processing centres were widely reconstructed, a boiler, waste crusher and drying kilns were changed.
Material feeding FANUC robot forms a part of our CAPE line and feeds in the pressed blocks, YASKAWA robot is nailing and stacking the finished pallets. New energy-saving drying kilns Mühlböck use a recuperation principles and are providing a central control system. The automatic Fiedler boiler means a substantial support. This boiler is equipped with a control panel with remote access, and supplies the heat to all the area buildings. The crosscut machine K.Stroj Proficut X50 was purchase to crosscut the timber.
