Purchase of Zelená Hora Castle

In the second half of 2025, KLAUS Timber became the new owner of Zelená Hora Castle, a landmark in the Nepomuk region.

The historic monument was offered for sale by the municipality of Klášter through a real estate agency. The sale of the castle was then approved at a council meeting on July 27, 2025, and our company was chosen as the new owner from among five interested parties. The purchase agreement was signed on October 6, 2025.
